Lori

A semi-soft cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk, belonging to the cheese group without peel. Ages in polyethylene vacuum-packed bags for two months. Aged cheese has a slightly salty taste, soft composition and a light yellow colour. The appearance consists of holes of different shapes. Square in shape, 28–30 cm in length and 4–5 kg in weight.
